Information of Dr Dilip Pahari entire medical career and his journey of Nephrology
● 1988 on wards weekly clinic at a rural center, Kakdwip, Sunderbans, 24 Parganas (s), where 80% patients are seen at a very low consultation charges and 20% totally free of cost.
● Free Blood sugar, Blood Pressure and urinalysis done (once in a week basis)
● Donated Computer with Printers to five different schools in the Sunderbans area of South 24 Parganas (1999)
● Donated funds for schools to construct buildings and library (Sunderbans)
● Build a temple in Village Mukundapur, Medinipur (Place of Birth)
● Donated computer with two multimedia projectors for teaching to school students, Ramnagar, Mednipur, West Bengal (School from which I Passed class X1)
● Donated Rs. Nine lacks to create a corpus and FORM A TRUSTEE IN THE NAME OF MY FATHER. The interest from the corpus is utilized to make 15 Gold medals each year to be given to best student in each of 15 subjects in MBB.
Social Activities
● Involve myself in half an hour trade mill exercise running 2 Km/ day; 6 days a week basis.
● Mildly Diabetic, Normal Blood Pressure and occasional social drinker.
● Fond of travelling and seen large parts of India and abroad.
● Attend Two International and 3-4 national conferences each year

Academic Exercise
● Developed the Dept. of Nephrology at IPGME&R, SSKM Hospital, Kolkata 1995-2002 and first HOD of Nephrology Department.
● Developed the department to its full-fledged status and started DM Nephrology program 2002.
● Started regular Kidney Transplantation in Government hospital since 1994 under my leadership and supervised more than 150 kidney transplantation 1994-2002 under his leadership
● Work for Nephrology Development.
● Elected as Secretary of Indian Society of Nephrology (East Zone, 2004 - 2009)
● Organized Annual Conference of Indian Society of Nephrology (East Zone, 1995,1996,2004)
● Vice President of Indian Academy of Nephrology (Since 2000 till date)
● Elected as Vice President of Indian Society of Nephrology 2013
